I wanted to share something a bit more personal today. Lately, I've been grappling with a hefty dose of imposter syndrome. Despite the joy I find in sharing my travel adventures and stories, there's a persistent little voice in the back of my mind that says, "What are you doing? You're not a real writer."
It's a strange feeling, especially when I see the positive responses and support from all of you. But self-doubt is a sneaky thing, and it doesn't always listen to reason.
I know I'm not alone in this. Many of us, no matter our passions or professions, face moments of insecurity and doubt. It's part of the journey, I suppose. So, I wanted to take a moment to remind myself—and maybe you too—that it's okay to feel this way. Our voices are valuable, and our stories matter, even on the days we doubt ourselves.
So, here's to pushing through the imposter syndrome, embracing our unique paths, and keeping the stories coming. Whether it's about a peaceful hike in Vaduz, navigating the vibrant chaos of a Vietnamese market, or just a day in the life of an aspiring writer, every experience is worth sharing.
When we're not on the go, our life is a whirlwind of activities. Travel is always a priority for us, but we can't be on the road all the time. Aside from being passionate about travel writing, I juggle multiple roles. I'm a virtual assistant for a few remote clients, I run an in-home dog boarding business, manage our yard as a Sniffspot, and work on building our portfolio of stock photography.
Mark works full-time as a 3D capture artist at a large retail chain. Even after a long day at work, he dedicates his evenings to his fine art photography business, Wanderlust Photography, is working on finding product photography clients using his in-home studio, and helps me with the dog boarding business.
Sometimes, I wonder if I should share more about our home "hustles." There's a lot that goes on behind the scenes to make our travels possible, and I think it adds another layer to our story. What do you think? Would you be interested in hearing more about how we manage our day-to-day life when we're not off exploring the world? Let us know in the comments.
Thanks for being part of this journey with us. Your support means the world, and I hope our stories bring a bit of joy and inspiration to your day.

Love this! I find the stories behind how and why we travel, and how people make a living and what goes on behind the scenes fascinating! Your world resonates so much with how myself and Mark live too - perhaps we'll do a similiar post sometime soon!
Love this Kris! Definitely would love to see more about the grind! You guys have tons going on!
